SPRING FOOTBALL 2012
Registration: Wednesday, March 7 - 8pm at Dark Horse
Coaches Meeting: Thursday, March 22 - 8pm at MaGerks
Season: March 24 - May 12&13, 2012 (Saturdays)
Rain Date - Sunday, May 6th & 13th

Cost:
$705 for team of 12 or less, each addition player thereafter will be an additional $58.75
Cost for individual will be $58.75 (credit card payment is $60.50)

For Team Registration: Please have $117.50 team deposit, shirt color and shirt sizes for everyone on your team

For Small Group Registration: Please have $58.75 per person in your group and shirt sizes for everyone in your group. We will match your group up with another group to form one whole team

For Individual Registration: Please have $58.75 and your shirt size and we will place you on a team!

Looneys Runners-Up Officiating Responsibilites:

PlayAction Sports provides the Main official. When it is indicated on the schedule for your team to officiates, please have 2 members of your team there 10 minutes ahead of your time. The Main official will meet with you and go over any details. The Main official will run the game and the 2 player officials will manage the 5 second rush count, the line of scrimmage, the score and any other details the official goes over with you.

If you fail to show or fail to stay for your officiating time slot, a $60 fee must be paid before your team is allowed to play again.

Please have your PlayAction Football Uniform on so that you look official. Thank you
